Mary Alexander

Founder & Executive Director

After more than two decades in banking and retiring from KeyBank, Mary is dedicated to improving health care services to local seniors. In caring for her own mother, Mary saw firsthand the difficulty seniors face, while in unsupported and vulnerable circumstances, in obtaining and paying for medication and health care services. In KeyBank’s Healthcare Lending Group, Mary worked with executives to provide funding to hospitals, seniors housing and skilled nursing facilities.  In addition, Mary assisted in organizing annual campaigns to involve employees in Key’s annual volunteer program as well as raising millions of dollars for local nonprofit organizations.

During the Covid19 pandemic, Mary began her continuing association with Meals on Wheels of Northeast Ohio. Delivering fresh food to seniors provided Mary the opportunity to connect with and observe the unfulfilled needs of seniors in her community which became the incentive for Senior Resource Pathways. Under Mary’s leadership, Senior Resource Pathways, it’s supporters and partners will provide seniors opportunities to obtain the resources they need, can rely on and turn to for assistance when they cannot fully afford them.
